All our exclusive apartments have fully equipped kitchens and spacious living and dining rooms with every comfort with large balconies / terraces. The high-quality furniture and the kitchen were made individually from a single source. Lovingly selected home accessories make for a pleasant living experience. To relax, the high-quality sauna and wellness area, located in the new extension of the villa. After the sauna session, you can relax in the spacious relaxation room. The house also has a beautiful garden with beach chairs and old fruit trees. The parking space for your car is located at the house. A lockable bike storage is available as well as washer and dryer. The entire area is available free of charge.

Here you will find the right ambience for your demanding holiday on the Baltic Sea in a holiday apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living and dining room with every comfort and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two balconies for relaxing, sunbathing or alfresco dining. The "Villa Minerva" was built in 1910 and extensively refurbished and extended from September 2014 to July 2015. The house offers next to the beautiful, fully equipped apartment also a sauna and relaxation area with access to the large garden with old fruit trees and lawn and beach chairs. The equipment of the 75 m² apartment includes u. a. a complete kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, Nespresso machine, hand mixer etc .; CD radio & Bluetooth speaker, TV in living room and bedroom (double bed 180x200 m), Wi-Fi hotspot, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe, etc. All furniture was made exclusively by a carpenter and made of wood, as well as the historic windows and doors. The apartment is overall very high quality and tastefully decorated and decorated with the appropriate ambience. Natural materials and beautiful, calm colors give you a high quality environment for your holiday.
