The Upstalsboom Apartment in Building 1, kbds1-32, with 2 rooms covering 52 square meters and a sunny balcony overlooking the countryside, is ideal for 4 people and their family dog.

The Location
The vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor on the south side of Building 1, Staircase B—with a view of the city forest.

The Amenities
This non-smoking vacation home features free Wi-Fi and is furnished in a Mediterranean style. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 x 2.00 m), a children’s room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a living area, a bathroom with a shower, and a sunny balcony overlooking the city forest.
The interior of this cozy apartment includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, as well as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a TV/hi-fi system with a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, DVDs, an iPod docking station, and board games.
A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Child safety outlet covers are available upon request at the service office.

Special Features of
The resort features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.
