Our loft-style holiday apartment with a spacious, cozy winter garden is located right in the center of Kühlungsborn-West, just 300 meters from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. Lovingly decorated in a maritime style and comfortably furnished, the 48 sqm apartment offers plenty of space for an unforgettable seaside holiday. The highlight is the large winter garden, which keeps the apartment bright even in the darker months and, with open doors in summer, almost becomes a balcony.



"Beach Loft" is on the first floor of the historic Haus Kühlung, in a quiet side street in the center. The shopping street with supermarkets, cafés, a bookstore, and other shops is right outside your door; the concert garden and the beach are about 300 meters away.



In the open living area with winter garden, you will find a modern sofa, two wicker chairs, a coffee table, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and mini hi-fi system. The large kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave with grill function, two hobs, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.



The dining area features a large solid table made from white-painted ship wood and four wicker chairs, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.



The bright bedroom, decorated in maritime style, has a comfortable double bed with two mattresses. A wardrobe and a wide chest of drawers provide ample storage space.



The spacious bathroom has a large washbasin with plenty of counter space, a cosmetic mirror, and a hairdryer. There is also a small storage room, ideal for suitcases.



Iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are provided. Free Wi-Fi and a free parking space are available for you. There is also storage for bicycles on the property.
