The bright "Muschelsucher" apartment is located on the second floor (attic) of Villa Strandkuss.

A welcoming hallway awaits you, offering ample space for your wardrobe.

A built-in closet contains a vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, and other items that may prove useful during your stay.

All rooms are accessed from the hallway and feature easy-care, plank-style flooring.

The living/dining room includes a high-quality sofa that converts into a comfortable 1.80 m bed. An easily movable coffee table, two armchairs, a reading lamp, and a reading nook further enhance your comfort. A flat-screen TV with an integrated DVD player and a stereo system with CD player complete this high-quality, stylishly decorated apartment.

A selection of books and magazines is available for your enjoyment.

A high-quality Nobilia kitchen with all appliances (4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and extractor hood with external exhaust) provides the perfect setting for your culinary needs. The dining table with 4 chairs is located next to the kitchenette.

From the living room, you have direct access to the 9-meter-long south-facing roof terrace.

The bedroom features a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a 2-meter-long and 1.80-meter-wide double bed with slatted frames and two single mattresses, as well as two bedside tables. The roof terrace is also accessible from here.

The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and a heated towel rail. The tiled bathroom floor is heated by underfloor heating.

A folding clothes drying rack with pegs is provided.

For your safety, smoke detectors are installed.

From both the living room and the bedroom, you can directly access the 9-meter-long roof terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast in comfortable rattan furniture, sunbathe almost all day, and relax in the evening.

An electric awning and two sun loungers are provided.

Parking space no. 10 (no height restriction) on the grounds of Villa Strandkuss is reserved for you free of charge. A carport with bicycle racks is also available.
