"It was our 3rd year anniversary and we had the best time ever…first of all on arrival..we got the WARMEST welcome from Mary our hostess…she’s very kind, friendly and pays attention to details… she made us very comfortable However, on the massage sector, my wife had the WORST experience with Margaret…she didn’t pay attention to the areas requested and after complaining my wife left there in pain and sore…she wasn’t as friendly so I wouldn’t recommend her… the waiters on the other hand are...

"Hotel excelente, villa à beira mar espaçosa, limpa, banheiro com parte a céu aberto, muito diferente. Todos os restaurantes eram muito bons, apesar de ter algumas moscas no buffet principal, o que não deveria ocorrer. O lual/coquetel para ver o por do sol foi muito agradável. O mar era ótimo, mas tinham muitos baby sharks na beira, que segundo o hotel, eram inofensivos (mas assustam). Único senão: optamos pelo regime all inclusive, então não haveria porque nos apresentarem um conta para assinar...

"the only problem that I could noticed, was the time of response of the attendants on restaurant and the pool. I think need more people to serv drinks and coffe by example. just to mention, I am not saying that the employees are bad, they are EXCELENT, I am just saying that they need more. for those areas.. excelent hotel, excelente room, food is good, breakfast are amazing."
