A cozy condo is seated on top of Vivacity Megamall which is the largest shopping mall in Sarawak. It is a brand new and guarded condominium with 24-hour security.
Our homestay is in Jazz suite 1, level 5.
Jazz Suite 1 lobby is linked to Vivacity Megamall and convenient for guests to go shopping, food outlets and TGV Cinema.

(The floor mattress is flexible to be placed in Master room and 2nd Room.)

Level G- Lobby/Mall Access

** 1 private parking space will be provided for free.

Guests will self check in themselves taking the key from the letter box. After booking confirmation, we will send you check in details. We will provide a car park band card and access card when you check in. If any of the car park band card or access card got lost, there will be a penalty of RM 250 each.

Check in time: after 3 pm
Check out time: before 12pm

Early Check-In: We are unable to guarantee early check-ins; however, if an early check-in is requested we will do our best to accommodate.

Late check-out: A check out time past 12pm may be available if requested with advance notice on the morning of departure. If your personal belongings are still in your room after 12pm and you have not arranged a late check out with us, you will be charged of RM50/hour.
