Other things to note
1. We don’t provide any face/hand towels (only bath towels). No daily change towels service. Any new towel request will be charged at Rm10/pc as a laundry cost. (Available daily 10am-4pm).

2. Cleaning fee is charged one time based on / per check out. No daily cleaning service available including long stay.

3. Any cleaning / room service request will be charged Rm50/session. (Available daily 10am-4pm, except Saturday & Sunday, prior to 1 day notice)

4. For any unremovable stain / damage / smoking found after your check out, will be charged accordingly as a replacement / special cleaning cost which is not covered under cleaning fee.

5. Self prepare universal adapter & laundry detergent.
