Here you will spend your vacation in a modern and well furnished vacation home, which offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bright living room with a beautiful view. The vacation home is located in the quiet Sønderhav directly on the Flensburg Fjord. From the house as well as from the viewing terrace you have a spectacular and unobstructed view over the fjord and the ox islands.

The house is suitable for allergy sufferers, as there is a ventilation system that filters dust, pollen and allergens from the air and uses the heat of the removed air. This creates an improved indoor climate and a lower heating bill.



The house was built in 2005. With two connected wings and gable walls facing the water, they are clearly inspired by the many small boat sheds that characterized the coastal landscape around the fjord in earlier times.

The home's well-equipped kitchen is connected to the dining area and living room. nHere, slate floors, ceilings open to the ridge, and fantastic light make for a bright and friendly atmosphere. When you fire up the stove, the crackling of the fire adds the finishing touch to the cottage idyll. In one wing of the house is the master bedroom with its own shower room. In the other wing are two more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. From the living room and kitchen you can directly access the raised terrace, where the morning brunch and afternoon refreshments can be taken, with great views of the Flensburg Fjord. Just a few steps from here and you are already standing with your toes in the water.



Within walking distance you can reach two gourmet restaurants. In the restaurant Bind as well as in the restaurant Fakkelgaarden you can expect above-average taste experiences.



Only a short drive from here are the cities of Flensburg, Sønderborg and Aabenraa, which offer a variety of culture, sights, shopping and good restaurants.
