Perfection in 106 square meters – We present our house Grachtenwinkel – your stylish retreat on two floors with a spacious private garden featuring two water features, located in the new "Grachten" development.

The house offers thoughtful living comfort with three separate bedrooms: two furnished with comfortable double beds, the other with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms, each with a shower, and the upstairs bathroom also with a bathtub.

For added comfort, insect screens, pleated blinds, and exterior blinds are fitted to all windows. The high-quality furnishings have been carefully selected to meet the needs of our guests and create an inviting atmosphere that encourages relaxation and well-being.

Two parking spaces are included. A lockable bicycle garage is also available.

Upon request, we are happy to provide children's furniture (crib, highchair, changing table) free of charge.

The booking fee is due upon booking. Final cleaning (EUR 189.00) and linen packages (EUR 18.00 per person) are not included in the price.

Pets are not allowed in this property.
