You'll be delighted by the modern and stylish ambiance. Located in a beautiful and quiet cul-de-sac, it's just a short walk from the historic town center with its numerous restaurants and shops.

Two bedrooms with high-quality double beds (one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor) ensure a restful sleep. The living and dining area (with water views) impresses with its elegance, and the open-plan kitchen offers everything the ambitious cook could need.

On the ground floor, there is a guest WC with a walk-in shower and a storage room for suitcases and other bulky items.

Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a WC and a walk-in shower. Adjacent to this is a bedroom with a double bed. A further retreat with a comfortable sofa and sideboard, a flat-screen TV, and a wonderful sitting area with two comfortable armchairs (offering a beautiful view of the canal) completes the living space on the upper floor.

There is a washing machine and dryer for both houses with a separate entrance.
