This old farmhouse features maritime decor with the vacation rental in the front section, separated by a door from the private area. You will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across two floors. The ground floor includes a kitchen with electric appliances, an open living and dining area with garden views, the main bedroom with a dresser that can be converted into a changing table, and a bathroom with shower, deep bathtub, and toilet. The washing machine is located in a separate room. Upstairs, you will discover another bedroom with garden views, a children's room with 2 single beds, and a toilet. Amenities include private WiFi, TV, grill, and washer.



Step outside to your completely fenced private garden in a south-facing position, perfect for relaxation or play. Summer amenities include garden furniture with a table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers with table, sun umbrella, grill, trampoline for children, and a covered sandbox for toddlers. You also have access to a shared uncovered terrace.



Two shared parking spaces are available on-site. Dogs are warmly welcome, and toys are provided for children. Please note that dogs are not permitted upstairs due to steep stairs and must not be on furniture including beds and sofas. Events are not allowed. To conserve energy, please keep windows closed when heating is on and when leaving the house for extended periods.



Loquard sits on a warft with the dike 2 km away. Greetsiel is 15 minutes from the property. Depending on the season, mudflat hiking experiences can be booked. A travel crib can be provided upon request.
