The holiday apartment is located on Emsweg/Emshörn, approximately 100 meters behind the dike. The house is built in a country style with casement windows and brickwork.

The apartment features a large bay window in the living area and is very bright. The walls are painted in light colors, complemented by a yellow leather sofa in the living area and comfortable solid wood furniture.

The entire apartment has terracotta tiles on the floor, and the living room and bathroom have underfloor heating. The spacious terrace and garden face the sun, and there is also an outdoor storage shed.
