On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. A separate living room also opens onto the terrace, offering additional space for relaxation. Also on this level, 1 bedroom features a double bed composed of 2 single units measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first of these rooms contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 1 double bed composed of 2 units of 90 cm by 200 cm, with access to a 12 m2 balcony.
