"Excellent place for a holiday: country, castles and Vienna nearby. In summer a great swimmingpond and garden to relax in. As others have written: a bit dated inside the appartment; but all you need is there. Owner makes you feel very welcome; thanks Brigitta! "Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte ĂŒber 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfĂŒgen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemĂŒtlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, KĂŒhlschrank mit großem Eisfach, 2Herdplatten, SpĂŒle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, TV & WLAN. Die Zimmer sind Stilvoll eingerichtet, samt Möbel und Bad in einem sehr gepflegten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, hat immer ein par Tipps zu AusflĂŒgen in der Umgebung parat, natĂŒrlich in Österreicher Dialekt."

"Le logement que nous avons eu ne correspondait en rien aux photos de l’annonce, mais nous avons eu un logement qui correspondait tout de mĂȘme Ă  nos critĂšres. La literie, la vaisselle et la salle de bain semblaient plutĂŽt propres et confortables. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e du strict minimum, il y a une machine Ă  laver, cafetiĂšre, bouilloire, micro-onde mais pas de four, quant aux 2 plaques de cuisson elles sont assez vĂ©tustes. Pas de tĂ©lĂ© ni de wifi, j’ai demandĂ© plusieurs fois Ă  la propriĂ©taire...

"Deze verhuurder vindt het normaal om iets anders te verhuren dan waarmee ze adverteert. Beschreven stond een begane grond appartement grenzend aan de tuin, met grote woonkamer en volledig uitgeruste keuken. In werkelijkheid kregen we een appartement op de zolder, met een klein halletje als woonkamer, een brakke keuken met een twee pits kookstel met veel te weinig spullen. Meteen bij aankomst met het kantoor gesproken dat dit volledig onacceptabel was, degene die ons ontving sprak alleen...
