On the edge of the old town and just a few minutes’ walk from the harbor, you will find the 35 m² holiday apartment "Room with Kitchenette Kletterrose" on the top floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa.



The invitingly furnished holiday apartment features a living/sleeping area with a king-size bed, a small kitchenette with stove, oven, coffee machine, and fridge/freezer, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet, and offers space for 2 people.



Amenities also include cable TV and Wi-Fi on request.



A washing machine is available upon request and for a fee.



A shared balcony offers you a lovely view of the garden. The fenced, flower-filled garden and outdoor area are available to all guests. Enjoy the sun or shade on a warm day—every guest will find their favorite spot in this garden, and a barbecue is also available.



Pets are welcome and may accompany you free of charge.



A few meters from the accommodation, there is a private property with several parking spaces. You will receive a parking card from your host, and one of the parking spaces is guaranteed for you. For loading and unloading, parking is available directly in front of the house. In the basement, there is a separate shelter for bicycles.
