"I cannot say is the worse place I haver been but it’s very noise, the beds are far from being good. Despite it has been renovated recently, the dark brown colors make the rooms quite unpleasant. An then, there is the problem of the take way breakfast. They gave some terrible food choices, everything in plastics which you take to your room. You do have a microwave in the room but…. There is no lift. If you have big suitcases and are assign to the second floor, you have to carry the baggage by...

"The main thing that bothered me was the fact that my grandsons we not allowed to use the pool at all. Period. He implied “guests cannot use the pool” I said “well am I a guest?” He said “no” so I was genuinely confused. The room had already been paid for so I just said nvm. However. It is July and hot outside and there is no where to control the A/C. Bizarre! My deposit also he said “can take up to 10 days to get back on debit card.” This was insane ! NEVER AGAIN"

"This location was very clean in the common areas as well as the room being fairly new with the beds very comfortable. Staff was very helpful as there was a slight complication with the reservation, and it was taken care of properly and professionally.. And very close to the highway for easy access."

"The room had dog fur on the couch. The bathtub had rust in it. We requested for a late checkout and were denied. This is not heard of for an hour extension. The breakfast was not manned and the food was over. The guests were kept waiting. Overall this hotel is ok, if you can avoid it would be better."

"Bathroom and bedroom was clean. Actual bathroom fixtures wear shining. Good supply of towels and toiletries also. Lots of shops nearby - Walmart and fine clothing stores - The Gap, Victoria Secret etc. Hotel located in Eastwood shopping area with wonderful restaurants in Eastwood shopping area along with other restaurants down the street on Lansing St. Blvd. There is also a bank close by."
