Even though the manager's sister and kids were in the room right next to me, they could've possibly have been more conscientious and quiet! "We come to Grand Lake every few weeks and have stayed at almost every establishment in the town. We initially loved the room but while we were unpacking, we started to see ants and flies throughout the space. I spent the entire day Sat killing ants and flies. The kitchen sink was dirty and needed to be cleaned before I could use it. Communication with the host was difficult until I found a manager Friday morning that finally helped me. "Yes. The property and the entire town. This area totally caters to dogs. You can walk a few blocks to the Downtown area with many patio spots to eat woth your dog. As well as walk down to the lake. There is a really cool dog park in the town over in Grandby also."

"We loved this cabin. Perfect location to walk into town, just 2 blocks away from Grand Ave. The cabin itself was so well decorated and thought out. Everywhere we turned we kept saying "wow they thought of everything". There were so many little features that we were very impressed by. Great stay, will definitely book again. Thank you! "

"The location was easy to find. The room was clean and welcoming. Our activities keep us busy so we only there ling enough to sleep one night but seems set up well if you wanted a longer stay. Would go there again"

"We did not get good instruction of how to Check in. Tried to call and got no response. Finally asked another guest and determined the room & access code. NEVER heard back from are call for help. Facilities were decent, but Shower over sprayed and not controllable, oven rack did not fit, thus could not bake. Security lights came through the door window. Outer security lights on one side did not work at all. Poor plug location and quantity for charging items. TV did not get any useful channels....
