Wir sind froh als Stadthotel 12 Plätze vor der Haustüre zu haben, darüber hinaus können wir 6 Plätze in der Tiefgarage anbieten-diese allerdings kostenpflichtig. Dear Mr. Hervé, we regret that we cannot offer rooms with air conditioner. All three-bed-rooms as you had in june 2018 show more or less to the road. Double bed rooms (and single bed rooms of course) are available to the quiet side of the hotel. By the way: I'm not quite sure if google translator Japanese-German reproduced all your sentences in a proper way but I have to say that Garden Hotel Krefeld is quite a normal hotel with rooms for one or two oder three guests and not a dormitory. Dear guest, you are right. during certain shows at Dusseldorf hotels in Krefeld raise their prices too and so did we for the period you stayed with us. We are sorry about the situation with the elevators - is is nearly impossible to change this situation. Besides the parking places in front of the hotel we offer more places in the underground car park - moreover there a enough places along the road and, considering the fact that we are a city hotel, though finding the parking situation not ideal but sufficient and inexpensive. As we had a pretty warm persiod when you stayed here it is quite understandable that you preferred to open the window during the night trying to compensate the missing air condition. Although your room did not look directly onto the main road traffic is audible even in the 9th floor. In the hopes that you will reconsider a stay here at garden Hotel Krefeld we might offer you a different room, looking to the most quiet side which also is the nippiest side.
