It is a perfect place to relax for those who love nature and water. Immerse yourself in the unique beauty and tranquility of our landscape, away from highways, federal roads, city and aircraft noise. The Müritz National Park has many attractions in all seasons. Throughout the country, the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Festival takes place in castles, manor houses and churches, where you can experience classical music with outstanding artists.

Welcome to the Havelquelle holiday home, the perfect place for family holidays in the middle of beech forests and lakes. The Havelquelle holiday home, built with original oak truss, for 2-6 people on 3 levels is located in the outskirts of the village with a great view of the landscape. The completely fenced 600 m² property is ideal for a vacation with children, for active vacationers and nature lovers. A large, covered terrace, right in front of the house, with various lying and seating options, is perfect for barbecues with the whole family. The house was built from high quality materials and is very well equipped. In the entrance area you will find a small dressing room with enough space for shoes and your wardrobe. The adjoining, spacious, bright living and dining area is furnished with a cozy leather seating area. A rustic fireplace invites you to spend hours together with the family. Enjoy the tranquility in the winter garden, where comfortable rattan furniture is available. A flat-screen TV with 3D function and free WiFi await you for media entertainment. A hi-fi system and a DVD player provide musical entertainment. The three bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating, as is the lower floor. The winter garden has external roller shutters so that it stays cozy even on cold days. An open truss serves as a room divider to the adjacent dining area. The large, modern and fully equipped kitchen in a light tone is equipped with electrical appliances such as an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge-freezer. Numerous cooking accessories make the hearts of all hobby cooks beat faster and invite you to cook evenings. In the dining area, the large table and chairs are perfect for spending hours together. On the first floor you can calmly immerse yourself in a book in the light-flooded gallery, which is equipped as a small library and overlooks the village. The two generously designed bedrooms offer the perfect retreat with a small corner sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. The freshly made double beds (180 cm x 200 cm) invite you to dream. The two bedside tables with bedside lamps give the rooms a special feel-good atmosphere. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the balcony so you can enjoy the beautiful view of the greenery in the morning. Even in the evening you can sit comfortably with a glass of wine and an atmospheric lantern. The daylight bathrooms are equipped with a vanity, a toilet, a shower, a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. Pleated blinds serve as privacy. After a long day, you can take a relaxing bath in the bathtub with which one of the bathrooms is additionally equipped. You will find a separate guest toilet in the entrance area. In the basement area of the house you will find another daylight bathroom, where you can use a sauna, especially nice for the cold season, as well as a bedroom with two single beds. You will also find a washing machine in the bathroom. A sports room with a table tennis table, which is delimited by soundproof doors, offers the perfect opportunity to be active on vacation. The large, fully fenced garden with a trampoline offers the perfect place for children. Due to the architecture of the house, there is privacy protection to the immediate neighbor. In summer, a walnut tree in front of the house provides pleasant shade. You can find a bike shed that can be connected directly to the house. With its close location to the lake in the middle of the national park, the Havelquelle holiday home is the perfect place to enjoy nature on a walk through the woods or the wonderful view on a bike tour. Just a few meters away you can cool off at the bathing place on Dambecker See on hot summer days. The way to the lake leads through a manor park. Restaurants in the surrounding villages of Hartwigsdorf, Kratzeburg, Ankershagen and Granzin invite you to eat. The nearest cities, Waren (Müritz) or Neustrelitz, can be reached within 30 minutes. Here you can stroll, shop and enjoy the maritime flair of the port cities. There is a carport for your car with a lockable device part, here you will also find the firewood. There is further parking on the property. On request, hunters can use a gun cabinet for long weapons with a compartment for ammunition, which is located in the house. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome - the property is completely fenced. Let your soul dangle in the middle of the national park and make your vacation a very special experience.
