Férias para Kranji

Excellent hotel to stay close to the airport. Many restaurants near the hotel. The room is nice, clean and very comfortable for the cost. Only the bathroom is small but for me was okay. Eric was super kind and friendly. We really liked to stay at Q Loft.

hotel muito bom. Limpo. organizado. Não tem café da manhã. Em frente a uma estação do metro. Voltaria a reservar na próxima ida a Cingapura. Já que não faço questão de luxo. É o famoso ótimo custo-benefício. Vale a pena.

Not recommended here for family.

The room was very clean, extremely comfortable, and of a high standard. The hotel is well-located for enjoying the city, within walking distance of shopping malls and a metro line just one stop away from Marina Bay. Room service was good, and the entire staff was excellent! It was a very welcoming, comfortable, and convenient stay for exploring Singapore!

My experience was extremely disappointing. I am an Expedia Gold member, and it is clearly stated that, subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out should be offered. However, across three separate reservations, we were not granted either benefit — unless we were willing to pay extra, which completely defeats the purpose of the status. What made it even more frustrating is that after checking out and later returning just to collect our luggage, the rooms were still vacant, clearly indicating that availability was not the issue and that the refusal was purely commercial. This approach shows a lack of alignment with the benefits promised to customers and little regard for the guest experience. For this reason, I will not stay at this hotel again.
