This spacious oceanfront 3 bedroom apartment comes with AC in all bedrooms and also in the living room. The sliding glass panels in the living can be completely opened or in case preferred they can be closed while using the AC .
Great outdoor oceanfront lounge area on the top floor with breathtaking views over the crystal clear ocean.
Three bedrooms sharing two modern bathrooms. Open kitchen area with marble counter top and all you need to cook great meals .

We had a wonderful stay in Bonaire. We were treated with a great charcuterie board and a few other items to make our stay feel special. The location was excellent and had a rental car that makes it easy to explore the island and nearby dive sites.Although we didn’t end up cooking during our stay, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’d need to prepare meals. One of our favorite features was the outdoor sitting area and the sliding windows in the dining room, which created a really nice indoor-outdoor feel and let in the breeze.Parking in the lot can fill up at times, but there is street parking available, which was helpful. We also really appreciated having a dive shop right on site, it made diving logistics incredibly convenient.Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy everything Bonaire has to offer!

We arrived and Martin was waiting at the bottom of the stairs to greet us. He explained the property and answered questions plus he provided an unexpected charcuterie plate! The top elements were the amazing views, ocean access and the Buddy Dive shop on the premises. WiFi worked well. Kitchen stocked well enough for vacation. Clothes washer worked well, air dry outside with a drying rack and hangers for wetsuits. Plenty of BR and beach towels provided. You could also store all of your gear at the dive shop without charge. Air and Nitrox on the dock as seen in pictures. Pool and loungers were clean. Snorkeling for the non-divers was great too. Town was an easy 8 min drive as was the airport and rental cars. We would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.One FYI not mentioned in the property description, there are a flight of circular stairs with narrow treads followed by a straight run up to the penthouse which could be a serious challenge if you have mobility issues-fortunately for us it was not and well worth the views.

Perfect for us

We stayed at this complex in a different unit 2 years ago and loved the location. When this unit popped up on VRBO we were excited to try the penthouse unit with the sliding glass wall. The condo is nicely decorated, contemporary and clean, has comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and of course, magnificent views! It’s close enough to town, and so easy to get to all our favorite dive sites (easy to get to Lac Bay and Jibe City as well!).Nicole is a wonderful host, with excellent communication and quick response time. She was at the property waiting to check us in even before we arrived, and had much appreciated snacks waiting for us in the fridge. This was probably the most pleasant VRBO experience we’ve had, and will definitely plan to stay here again when the opportunity arises.

Overall great experience

We had a fantastic week at this property and truly enjoyed our stay. The view was stunning, and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The home was well-stocked with towels and essential appliances, which made our stay comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent, and we appreciated having access to all the necessary appliances. The on-site pool, property grounds, and dive company were also fantastic additions.There are a few areas for improvement. While we expected basic toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, they were not provided. The listing mentioned a laundromat nearby, but we were pleased to find a washer in the unit. Parking was a bit tight but manageable.One major suggestion would be to provide a welcome binder with key information, such as the WiFi password, trash disposal instructions, check-in/out procedures, and local restaurant recommendations. Most rentals we’ve stayed at include this, and it would have saved us from reaching out to the management company frequently.Additionally, the beds could use extra blankets for added comfort. While the hosts were responsive, their communication felt somewhat unprofessional at times, possibly due to a language barrier. A more polished and friendly tone would enhance the overall guest experience.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property, especially with a few small improvements to attention to detail and guest communication.
