Quarto muito espaçoso e bem decorado. Confortável e limpo. Perto da cidade velha, com café da manhã gostoso, cama gostosa, banheiro enorme. Peguei quarto conjugado e o aquecimento de um dos quartos não estava funcionando, ficou muito frio durante a noite pois estávamos no inverno.

Agradabilíssimo, limpo e muito perto da Old Town.
Sabe aquela hospedagem que não deixa nada, nada a desejar? Aquele hotel com um quarto muito bem equipado, cheirinho de novo, cafe da manhã impecável, serviço impecável, funcionários educadíssimos e competentes? Sabe aquele quatro estrelas que não perde nada para muitos cinco estrelas por aí? Esse é o Grand Ascot, no coração da linda Cracóvia. Recomendo, mil vezes recomendo!!!!!

Bom custo/benefício
É um hotel novo, bem localizado, perto do centro velho (uns 600 metros). O banheiro é simples (sem banheira) com amenidades bem simples (sugiro que leve o seu próprio xampu e condicionador porque os oferecidos por eles não são bons). O serviço de recepção é discreto. O melhor do hotel é o café da manhã, variado e de boa qualidade. Há umas garotas que tomam conta da sala do café que deixam tudo bem limpo, organizado e com boa aparência. Compramos excursões para Auschwitz e Minas de sal da recepção (ótimos por sinal), mas a van não nos pega no lobby e sim na esquina do hotel - o que é ok se não chove (nosso caso), mas imaginei como seria em dias de chuva. Há diversos restaurantes bem perto. É um hotel com bom custo/benefício.

This property had good reviews but upon trying to find parking for a four star hotel, it was not possible. Very limited parking that must be reserved way in advance. Area around the hotel was absolutely packed for miles. Their solution was to go park in a garage that would be a seven minute walk while carrying your suitcases. I moved on to a different hotel and lost my money for room. This was just my experience.

We do have that one but the number of places is limited like everywhere in this area of city center, so booking in advance is required. We also have that information on our website. Moreover, our staff always do their best to help our guest finding some available place. As far as I know, you parked in front of the hotel entrance so you could have left your suitcases.Moreover we offered to change the date so that you could use the reservation you paid for by choosing a more favorable but non-refundable offer in diffrent terms and not loosing money.Unfortunately, we did not receive any feedback... Once again, we are truly sorry that your stay did not take place even though the room was ready even earlier as you requested. Great property, in the side street. Walking distance to the old town. It was my second time staying here and this time I was not impressed with the staff. During my first stay, I was warmly welcomed from the moment I enetered the hotel, everyone was going above and beyond. This time I was not even greeted at the door. My favorite part of the stay here are private saunas and a nice restaurant. Breakfast was just ok. The hotel was fully booked and there were hardly any tables available when I walked in the morning. The line for coffee made me skip my cup of Joe and i had a nice latte outside of the hotel later.

Good hotel for a krakow break. Breakfast is ok nothing over the top but enough food to choose from. Most places easy walking distance. Shopping mall about 15 min walk away and it’s big! Used google maps a lot to get directions which helped a lot.

Really great hotel, good location, very central, but quiet enough down a little side street! Lovely staff, couldn’t be more helpful in organising us breakfast bags to take on our excursions, recommending restaurants and making our stay really great! Would definitely recommend and well be back!

Fabulous 4 night stay. Highly recommend
Fabulous 4 night stay. Ideally located close to the main square. Everything was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. We had an early flight and staff were fantastic by letting us check in super early. Breakfast was lovely only wish we had eaten dinner in here as it is in top 3 restaurants in Poland! Would definitely come back here to stay.

Et fint og moderne hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Frokost var ikke inkludert i den relativt høye prisen. Det hadde vi ikke forstått, så vi gikk og spiste frokost og ble avkrevd for 80 Zloty pr pers. Det er ca 220 NOK, og veldig dyrt. Det trakk ned for helhetsopplevelsen. Ellers hyggelig og vennlig betjening og et rolig hotell.

The reception staff were so helpful the restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful, and the bar staff were lovely. All in all we had a great stay

Hotel bellissimo camere spaziose e molto comodo per il centro, unico inconveniente una ragazza alla reception che poteva essere più gentile cosa che tutti gli altri sono stati davvero molto gentili e poi alle 10,00 del mattino ti bussa una ragazza che voleva pulire la camera a me non è mai capitato di solito quando esco le signore delle pulizie entrano va beh non c'è problema sono cose da poco la colazione tutta salato di dolce c'è solo un tipo di brioche o pane e marmellata nel complesso dico che è un hotel eccellente ci tornerei

Kjempebra hotell med utrolig bra service. Fantastisk familierom som var to tilstøtende rom med dør i mellom. Frokosten var veldig god, men utvalget kunne vært bedre. Har en fast taxi sjåfør som var utrolig hyggelig.
