"Rooms and property as described. Hosts Deng and Georg really care about their guest and go the extra mile. We had a space with two bedrooms and a living room with large sofa bed. Slept comfortably with 5 people (2+2+1). Breakfast had many choices and all we tried were excellent. Also had dinner twice and all food was excellent. Very clean; beautiful garden. Location: easy if you have transportation to get to and from to all area attractions. (Trying to rate 5 stars on all categories, bust...

"Very close to beach, motorbike rental available to get to Ao Nang/Krabi town. The lady running the hotel is very helpful and friendly. Spacious rooms and good a/c. Chilled area with restaurants and a 7/11 close by. "

"Mycket bra service. Inga problem att byta rum när AC krånglade. Fick rum med helt nyinköpt. Managern var hemskt trevlig och hjälpsam. Stort minus för renligheten och städningen. Krävdes påpekande för att få lakan bytta vid ankomst då detta ej var bytta från tidigare besökare. Byttes dock på en gång. Har man inga större krav kring renlighet och har en budget skulle jag rekommendera, annars avstå."

"We picked Grandmom's Place just needing to spend one night in Krabi Town. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was very good value for money. One big plus is that it is within walking distance of good restaurants, bars and the like - it is very convenient indeed - will certainly stay there again"
