Hello Ingrid, We are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience.I remembered you stay on 17 floors before and we have a lot of brands in our hostel's group as well.We do clean all the linens and the whole room for new guest and we will change bed sheet and pillow cases after 3 days when the guest staying in our hostels as our staff said. About double bed or twin bed, because all the requests are subject to availability is not confirmed and normally we arrange the room according the room types you booked. HK is famous for its expensive land and properties. Therefore, if you choose hostels, all the hostels are located in the old building, especially those located in the prime location. But you can get a much fair price comparing to the hotels (e.g. 3 star hotel in the same area could be 3 times more expensive). Thank you for your kind reminder and we will keep an eye about cleaning procedure. Just a little suggestion, if you have very good budget for booking rooms , i wouldn't suggest you to book hostels in Asia, please book 4-5 stars hotel to avoid any unexpected disappointment. Hello, thank you for your great review. We are the hostel located at the Mirador Mansion. All the hostel in Hong Kong are located inside old style building and there separate few small room of a apartment so the room size are not really big. Our aim is provide comfortable, safe, cheap accommodation to the budget traveler. Our office hours from 9AM - 12 AM every day. If guest need any help, the can call us during the non-office house and we get come and help within 10 mins. See you next time =)

Our hotel was located on Nathan road and we also have few types of the rooms which are standard, Deluxe room and newly renovated and a room with a window is very limited. If you have any special of the room, you can inform us before arrival. We try to arrange to you. There are several room types that you can choose because sometimes if the guests they not really satisfied with their rooms, you can also ask for our front desk staff to changing the room type with the discount price as different room type has the difference price,we hope you can understand us instead of that you are staying in the room making you are uncomfortable .

Hello Eki, Thanks for your comment. We tried to find your booking but failed and probably you used others' name for reservation, therefore we don't know which room you stayed. Normally we arrange the room according the room types you booked.For the security won’t be a problem as we have 24 hours CCTV and there is security check after 12am to make sure all passengers are living in the building and about the hot shower, it's only closed during the afternoon from 12-7pm (which most of the guests are not in the room), but if you really want to take a shower, you could come to reception to request and we are happy to switch on for you.HK is famous for its expensive land and properties.
