"We had the most wonderful stay at this villa near Labin and would rate it five stars without hesitation.The villa itself is immaculate and feels brand new. The bedrooms are comfortable, bright and perfectly maintained, and having three well-equipped bathrooms was ideal for our family of seven. "Super vakantiehuis, alles is aanwezig. De woning was netjes bij aankomst. Groot zwembad waar je bij warm weer echt van geniet. De ligging is echt ideaal, je staat op een goed half uur al aan de kust. Communicatie met de eigenaar ging vlot. We werden verwelkomd door de buren die super vriendelijk waren. "Die Villa war genau wie beschrieben. Abgelegen in den Bergen, aber in ca. 20 - 30 min hat man alles erreichen können. Durch Ronald war das einchecken super einfach. Auch sein Vater, der uns eingewiesen hat war sehr nett und freundlich. Beide konnten deutsch, was es super einfach machte. Ein zweiter Schlüssel fürs Haus war ebenfalls kein Problem. Auch Ausflugstipps etc. haben wir bekommen. Wir haben zu Anfang Geschenke (Teller mit Wurst und Käse und auch selbstgebrannten Schnaps und Wein)...

"Wie war er ? Kurz gesagt Fantastisch!!!!!!! Die Ferienwohnung war super für uns. Anreise war für uns schon 09:00 Wir konnten schon etwas eher in die Ferienwohnung. Gegen 12:00 oder 13 :00 Uhr. Meine Frau hat sich sofort entspannt wegen dem genialen Blick auf das Meer. PS. Das Bild ist kein Fake. ;) Kinder konnten im Pool schwimmen Ich konnte auch runter zum Strand. "Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Vermieter. Sehr ruhig gelegen und in der absoluten Natur mit tollem Ausblick und riesigem Grundstück mit Pool. Wer Trubel sucht, ist hier falsch. Man ist auf das Auto angewiesen, erreicht aber fast alle größeren Orte und das Meer im 30-45 Minuten. "

On Wed morning there is a free walk around the village- meet at the tourist office behind the church at 10am. 30 mins to some pretty coastal towns such as Rovinj, Pula and Fazana where there are boat trips, beaches, bars, restaurants. "Fizemos a reserva desse hotel porque tinha nota 10. Mas desde a chegada não foi isso que vimos. Nos colocaram num quarto em um prédio anexo, sem elevador e somente acesso por escada. Quarto minúsculo para um hotel com nota tão elevada. Ar condicionado desligado e tivemos que dormir de janela aberta, entretanto, abaixo do nosso quarto tinha uma festa com uma música alta até de madrugada. Foi uma noite desagradável. O hotel não estava cheio. Se esse hotel tivesse realmente interesse que seus hóspedes tivessem uma boa experiência, remanejem a distribuição dos quartos para os melhores. Café bom.
