"Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku. The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers don’t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great. There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. This spot is a small 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area that is just rented out as a vacation rental, so I didn’t feel like I was in someone’s home using their personal things. I was here for the Tokyo Marathon, so I appreciated how quiet the area was. If you’re looking to be in the middle of the busting city, this might not be your jam, but it was perfect for what I needed in this particular stay. I would stay here again for sure."

"This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. I'd definitely recommend the place and would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a smart Japanese toilet ;) !"

The room wasn’t very clean: floor had clumps of hair and dust, stains on walls, stains in the bathtub, clumps of lint on the fan screen. The WiFi connection was only available for about 50% miles of the time, and would shut off unpredictably. The heater/AC unit didn’t work at arrival.
