The 75 m² holiday apartment in Koserow (Seebad) accommodates up to 5 guests with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, kitchen radio, and plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. In the living room, you will find a flat-screen TV, cable TV, DVD player, stereo, and a selection of books. Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, iron, baby cot, changing table, and folding high chair are also provided.



On the covered, private terrace, there is a table for 4–5 people, 4 chairs, and 2 sun loungers with cushions. The apartment enjoys sunlight all day and opens directly onto a hedge-enclosed lawn. You also have access to the shared garden, where you can watch robins and sparrows.



A shared parking space is available on the property, as well as a bicycle storage room and 1 bicycle for your use. Events are not permitted on the premises.



The apartment is quietly located in a residential area with detached houses, just a 3-minute walk from the Baltic Sea and the beach. The bakery is just as close, and the town center with the pier can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Koserow is the largest of the four Amber Spas on Usedom and offers numerous maritime activities on the Baltic Sea beach and Achterwasser. The beautiful landscape invites you to go cycling and hiking.
