There is a separate bedroom with a double bed adjacent to the living area. In the open attic, you'll find a sleeping area with two single beds. The spacious kitchen features an induction hob (4 rings), oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, fridge with freezer, and a dining area with 4 chairs. The living area has a large LCD TV with German channels. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The modern bathroom with natural light includes a shower. One free parking space per apartment is provided. A linen package with bed linen, hand and bath towels, and tea towels is available for an additional charge.

Restaurants, leisure and shopping facilities such as the pier and an adventure village are within walking distance. The beach is only 550 m away. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Dogs are only allowed upon prior request and for a fee. Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. as well as all day on Sundays must be observed. Only the guests specified in the reservation are permitted on the property. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Two bicycles (subject to availability) are provided for a fee.
