The holiday apartment is located in a separate outbuilding on the owner's residential property in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The beach at Wolgastsee is approx. 400 metres away. It has a small living room (sitting area, flat-screen TV and radio) with kitchenette (electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom with double bed and fold-out wardrobe bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. An oil radiator is also available. At your disposal: Internet/WLAN, cot, high chair, outdoor seating area, barbecue, bike rack and car park. The total price includes: Bed linen, towels, water consumption and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Energy consumption.

Korswandt is a village in a very beautiful, wooded landscape on Lake Wolgast in the south-eastern part of the island of Usedom. It is about 4 km to the Baltic Sea beach in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Lake Wolgast is a wonderful bathing and fishing lake. There is a bathing beach with children's playground and a boat hire with restaurant and café. Horse-drawn carriage rides are available 3 km away.
