This spacious and comfortable villa, facing south, has about 390 m2 of living space on three floors.

Spacious glazed living rooms facing the sea - living room, dining room, kitchen with access to a large terrace are located on the middle floor with an area of about 150 m2. On the same floor there is also a separate toilet and a study. There is a pool table in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with household appliances and dishes. From the dining room and the living room there is access to a large terrace facing the sea, where there is a grill and a large table with chairs as an outdoor dining room.

On the upper floor of 140 m2 there are 4 bedrooms, two of which are master rooms with access to a large terrace. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and a fantastic view of the sea.

Vela Rašoha Bay is located on the island of Korčula. The island of Korčula is located in southern Dalmatia. So you can enjoy nice weather and warm sea for most of the year. The average summer temperature is 26.9°C, water temperature 26°C. Korčula is also one of the most wooded islands in the Adriatic.

The town of Korčula is one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean, with city walls from the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries that were built around the old town. Vela Luka also has a marina, one of the best protected marinas in the Adriatic from bad weather.

Blato is the closest town (9 km from Rasoha) with interesting history and architecture, where the Holy Place of St. Mary of Jesus is located. The city has many shops, a shopping center, and many restaurants.
