"We received an upgrade and have access to executive lounge. It was great. The staff is great. If you want to go to lulu mall it is the right place for you. If you want to visit fort kochi and want to stay in a better hotel than the ones there you can stay in Marriott. I got user to Fort kochi and it took 40 minutes to get there and it was only 290 rupies one way"

"The hospitality of the staff is above and beyond what one would expect. It's like you've made friends, the head chef, Salim treats you like you are a guest in his home. The wait staff, from Andrew, Bibin, Vivek, and the others never sit around. They are always on their feet, waiting to see what they can do for you. Uvin, Sweety, and Chris at the front desk make your settling in with ease. The fact that I know all their names speak to the impression they have made. "

"I stayed at the Ginger Hotel from Nov-26-2025 to Nov-29-2025 after arriving to Kochi Kerala after three days of flying. My stay was exceptional.
I'll start with the food, there was a wide variety of options to choose from for both breakfast and Dinner. All of which were extremely delicious. The staff at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job daily.
