"The property was very well groomed and clean. We had a great time! July 10th through the 12th it was hot outside but cool inside.We also saved some money staying in Loa. The older brick home was all new inside.Thanks again, we loved it and will stay again."

"The property is amazing! Mary is a great host, very responsive if you have questions. The location is in a quiet, rural area perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets. We spent our days exploring Capitol Reef and the Fishlake area then would come back to play games and relax. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you could ever need is provided and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful weekend trip! The house looked small from the outside, but more spacious on the inside and plenty of space to accommodate four people and two dogs. Everything was clean and organized. We cooked some meals in the kitchen and enjoyed marshmallows over the fire pit (courtesy of Julia). The two hot springs were within a 5-10 min drive from the house and we had a lovely soak at both! Beds were comfortable and we liked the new appliances. Only thing to take note is the neighborhood...

"Property was actually better than advertised and our group of 22 enjoyed their stay. Good central location to Fish Lake, Otter Creek, Monroe Mountain, and Capitol Reef NP. I would stay there again. "
