In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. "The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets...

"Going to start off by saying that when you advertise a cottage in the middle of peak summer then you should ensure that at the very least the aircon is working. The place felt like a furnace the moment we stepped in and when we switched on the aircon it was not working. I promptly messaged about it hoping someone would come and fix it next day.
