"The location is great, although advertising of it not accurate and misrepresented. Couldn’t get inside initially , zero response from host or follow up when help was requested. Upon entry place was full of live and dead cockroaches and geckos . Was not clean . Stove was deplorable . Dead spiders and cobwebs everywhere . Random left over food, condiments and frozen meals in containers in fridge . Pretty sure someone had been living there the day before or something . We got in during the middle...

"We had a fantastic 5 day stay at Hale Aloha! Everything is newly updated and comfortable, especially having AC units in all the rooms. We appreciated having beach toys, chairs, cooler, etc to use. Unit is a 5 min drive from turtle beach with plenty of free, public parking. One minor issue experienced but the host was very quick to rectify. Would absolutely recommend to others & stay again next time we visit North Shore."

"Very clean, spacious and well stocked. Close to beaches on north shore including one right across the street. Noisy due to traffic when sitting outside but very tranquil inside. Close to one of the best places on the island to watch the sunrise (Laie Point)! Host was very responsive and check in and check out was easy. "
