Villa Sol, a freshly built gem spans three floors and a garden area extending over 500m². The garden features a heated pool (4.5m x 8.5m, 1.5m deep), a lounge area, sunbeds, a dining area, and stunning sea views.

The ground floor offers a spacious living room with a large opening overlooking the garden, landscape, and sea. Despite having a television, you'll likely find yourself captivated by the view outside. The open floor concept provides a luxurious feel, with a kitchen full of light and equipped with all the amenities you need, from cooking equipment to a dishwasher, stove, minibar, and coffee machine. The kitchen seamlessly connects to both the indoor dining table and the outdoor dining area on the terrace, surrounded by greenery.
