It is ideally located for you to spend as relaxing or active holiday.It is important to mention that the location of the house is ideal in many aspects : it provides you with absolute intimacy and silence, surrounded with mountains and forest and nearest beaches within a 10 min drive from the villa.
It's a gorgeous area of Mediteranean trees and wonderful old villages , beautiful scenery, stunning beaches and lots of activities. There are wonderful quintessential fishing villages and pretty coves, walks through ancient vineyards and olive groves and activities such as horse riding, folk events, sightseeing, bikes routes in the surrounding county side, wine tasting and sampling of local dishes. Konavle region is known for its quality olives, olive oil and wide variety of local produce so the gastronomic side of Konavle is not to be missed. Charming Villa Luce has a authentic look mixed with modern touch. It consist of ground floor, first floor, private salt water pool is ideal for children, allergy sufferers because no chemicals are used, beautiful terraces, children playground, gym, parking space next to the house. It has a character and a lovely open space. Completely enclosed with a fence provides you with a full privacy. The village road in front the house is not so busy so it is quite place. There are 3 beautiful decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. In the kitchen You will find all the necessary elements , such as dishwasher, stove with oven, kettle, toaster and all other kitchen utensils that is necessary for comfortable cooking. On the back side of the house You will find more antique situation, outdoor grill, here you can prepare authentic Dalmatian dishes due to the grill and the nature fire. Right next to the grill is a water faucet and all necessary tools for grilling.
