The 30 m² accommodation is ideal for couples or solo travellers and consists of a living area with two sofa beds, a separate bedroom with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The mini kitchen is functionally equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, kettle, and coffee machine – perfect for small meals in between. The living area features SAT-TV, air conditioning, and a dining area for two people.



A special highlight is the terrace with sea view and direct access to the garden. Here you can start the day with breakfast outdoors or enjoy the sunset over the Adriatic in the evening. WiFi and a private parking space at the house are available to you free of charge.



The location of the accommodation is ideal: The nearest beach with fine gravel is only about 150 metres away, and you can reach the centre of Cavtat after around 350 metres.
