"very clean and quiet place to stay "

"Beautiful property in an exclusive neighborhood. House was everything that was advertised. Kitchen was modern with most modern appliances. The house is designed to give all rooms privacy with separation from living area. View of the pool was stunning with sunsets dead center. Pool tiles around steps need to be re finished as some are rough on edges. Pool water was a little cool to some guests. Beach chairs and toys was appreciated . Everyone had a great time"

"Very nice place to stay. Beautiful sunsets and view from the Lanais. Close to Kailua Kona. Great place to relax and cool down after long days at the beach. Beds are comfortable and clean. Beach equipment and a washer and dryer were helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and 2 kids (ages 8 & 5) who live in Australia met up with my sister and cousins (who each had an infant) from the East Coast USA and stayed in this house together for a week. It was magical. The house was so well equipped for us, including lots of useful baby gear, beach toys, pool floaties, snorkel gear and more. My kids were in the pool at least 3 times a day, and we loved walking down to Magic Sands beach as well (where we got to swim with turtles!) We loved the cafe/restaurant on...

"We had an amazing stay at this property. Exceeded our expectations from the pictures online. We loved being able to hang out in the several lounging spots at the house, being able to walk the beach and tidepools directly in front of the home and easily walk to town. We didn't feel like we needed to leave the property it was so great. Mei, the property manager helped us immediately and gave recommendations. We would absolutely book again."

"Fantastic stay with 3 generations of family in one household was a joy at your beautiful and spacious home. Loved that we all had our own space and enough bathrooms to get ready. Everyone enjoyed the deck (especially taking turns on the comfortable hammocks) and spectacular views and sunsets. Thank you!"

"Dolphin Manor was a perfect getaway for the women in our family! We all had our own bedroom and bathroom! The view was stunning, the house is well equipped and we enjoyed every minute!"

"We enjoyed our stay, the codo had everything we needed. The TV streaming was very spotty, or it could be that we are to old to know how to work the streaming process. The weather was iffy, but we did'nt let that bother us, regretfully we never made it to the pool. One thing I would add to the items in the condo, is some Kleenex."

"The townhome was as described in the photos. Amazing sunsets and views of the golf course. The owners were very responsive and communicated via text to see if everything was ok. There is lots to do in the area. We went night snorkeling with the manta rays, watched sunset and stargazed at the top of Mauna Kea and golfed at the Waikoloa beach golf course. The pool area is great and the beach is close by. Everything was great - I would recommend the townhome to family and friends."

"We enjoyed 4 nights in this condo. The condo was clean and neat, with lots of room for our 4 person group. The balcony had a great view of the water. It was a great base from which to explore the Waimea area and the Northwest coast. It was driving, not walking, distance to restaurants and other touristy activities. The Managers were very good and helpful and friendly."

"I took my adult kids to Kona. The house was beautiful and you could listen to the waves crash on the rocks at night. Such a clean and cozy place. Excellent view for those fabulous sunsets. We did get a glimpse of the local turtle and lots of brightly colored fish right from the balcony. We snorkeled right down the street and were not disappointed, tons of fish and so many colors!!! I was worried that with all the people snorkeling there it would scare all the fish away… not, not at all. Parrot...

"Great location, great house. Access to Beach Club with a ton of equipment, quality bikes, etc., to make it effortless - we didn't have to rent or buy anything. One of best vacations our now-adult family has had. Owner responds quickly to all questions."

"We really enjoyed this place! The location in the community could not have been better. The proximity to the pool and the bbq’s made the time at the condo really enjoyable. Parking for a second car was a little difficult on a couple of night when we returned late. But overall we had a great time."
