The rooms weren’t getting cold on the 1st floor so imagine how it will be on the 2nd floor…. So any way I complained about the situation… there wasn’t nothing that could be done on there end so I had to suffer but not to much"

"This hotel is CLOSED, yet they are still accepting reservations! Guests arrive only to be sent to another hotel with a much lower standard than the one they originally booked and paid for. Be very careful and check the situation thoroughly before making a reservation or paying any money! This property is a SCAM !"
