The apartment is located in the seaside district of Kołobrzeg, in the new apartment building "Bliżej Morza" at 14 Kasprowicza Street. The apartment is equipped with an elevator. In the building you can use the observation deck on the roof and a room for storing bicycles.
The property provides privacy and the possibility of walks in the nearby parks and green areas. The great advantage is the location, because "Bliżej Morza" is situated only 400 meters from the beach, 900 meters from the railway station and 1.5 km from the pier.
The neighborhood is well developed, so you will find everything you need near the apartment. In the vicinity, you can find numerous retail and service outlets and restaurants. There is also a car park in the estate, where you can leave your car. There is also a gym in the common area of the building.
