After a long flight, you turn the key to the door of your new vacation home and step inside. After putting your bags down, youā€™re drawn to the beaming natural light coming through the sliding glass door at the oceanfront end of the condo. You unlock the door and step out onto the double-sized lanai, awing at the rocky sea cliffs to the east and the beautiful Poipu Beach Park to the west. Sea breezes and sunbeams brush your hair and face, the sound of the waves below you fill the air with Kauaiā€™s oceanic symphony. You have arrived!

Featuring a sprawling lanai, 1035 square feet of beautiful island living, and a heated pool, 305A is a perfect vacation home for your tropical getaway. In the main bedroom, the California king overlooks the dramatic Poipu coastline. Rolling waves against the sea cliffs will be sing you to sleep every night. Twin vessel sinks in the main bathroom are stylish and functional, and the stone-floored shower will feel great after a day in the sun. Though the garden-facing bedroom does not have its own air conditioning, it is easy to keep it cooled with the living room unit and fans. Both the living room and the main bedroom are serviced by their own air conditioning units, so you'll have an ideal climate to relax in all year round.

When youā€™re ready to head to world famous Poipu Beach, youā€™ll be provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for a beautiful day in the waves. Poipu Beach Park itself is a five-minute walk away Poipu Shores, and youā€™ll love the oceanfront path that leads from the complex to the beach. Along the way, youā€™ll see the bodysurfers at Brenneckeā€™s Beach, get some snorkel gear at Nukumoi Surf Shop, grab some shave or lunch at the restaurant next door, and finally see all the sea life in the water.

Back home, 305A features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make coffee and meals in your vacation home. A recent remodel to this kitchen installed new granite countertops, new cabinets, and new appliances. At that time, the washer and dryer area had new granite installed. No expense has been spared to keep this luxury vacation home in pristine condition. Beautiful Hawaiian furniture complements the unforgettable environment, and oceanfront sights and sounds will leave you in a state of pure bliss.

Absolutely wonderful place! We traveled to three different Hawaiian islands, staying in five different places and this place was, hands down, the best!! Fantastic host, excellent location, and views from the lanai canā€™t be beat. Everyday we saw whales, spinner dolphins, and sea turtles. Many memories made! Mahalo

We had a wonderful at Poipu Shores. Perfect location. Walking distance to Poipu Beach. Wake up to turtles swimming below and watching the whales throughout the day.Condo was very clean with all the amenities needed. Our Host checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. Hope to return in the future.

Parker is an excellent host, and the view does not disappoint. You can watch whales and turtles from the lanai. Popui and Brennecke's beaches are an easy walk. Even though the location is in the south we took multiple trips to the northern beaches including Hanalei. Shipwreck Beach hike/walk is fantastic. Even though there a many condos in Poipu, it is much quieter than Lihue and Kapa'a.

This listing is not inexpensive, significantly more so if you are Canadian. That said, we got what you paid for. If you love the ocean and want all the conveniences of home, this should be your choice.

We had the best stay at Poipu Shores 305A. We already want to go back! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Including a beach umbrella and beach towels. We loved having a washer and dryer and also the ability to close the windows and doors at night and use the A/C as those waves can be quite loud at times. Which we loved! Some people talk about being woke up by roosters in the morning around the island. Well, you donā€™t hear any of them here. Instead you hear these amazing waves crashing against the lava cliffs. And talk about a view!!! We saw multiple turtles swimming below every day. And the sunsets are beautiful! We utilized the barbecue a couple of nights and ate at the dining table which was great. We got married while we were there and our double wedding with our friends went so great as we each had our own space to get ready. Thank you Parker for providing such great communication and ease of renting our vaca condo. We enjoyed every minute of our week long stay!

This place was everything we hoped for and then some! We had one issue with the coffee maker but Parker got that replace asap. Beautiful views, wonderful waves, blow holes, very very relaxing! I would recommend it to anyone.

If I could rate this property higher than a 5 I would! Clean, comfortable beds, fantastic location and, oh my what a view! I loved sitting on the balcony to watch the waves crashing into the rocky shore. It was a quick and easy walk to the Poipu beach where we saw turtles every day and even monk seals. The pool was wonderful and you could see turtles swimming in the water right from the pool deck. Now, the main AC was broken during our stay, but Parker was easy to communicate with and did everything he could to try to get it fixed during our stay. The AC in the main bedroom still worked and not having the main AC really didnā€™t impact our enjoyment of the property at all. I hope to be able to come back again one day!

We loved our stay. The view was outstanding and the location was convenient. The only downside was the AC. There is a AC unit in the master bedroom and the main area. The second bedroom is warm as the air does not cool the room. Then the AC in the main room failed. It does cool down at night. The staff was very responsive!

We booked this property for the views and were not disappointed. The unit is smaller than I thought it would be, but was great for our family of four. Two bathrooms are small, but efficient. Kitchen is so well equipped, unlike many other homes we've rented, it had lots of dishes, cutting boards, knives etc.. Walk to the beach is so close, would recommend.

Truly oceanfront. Great location with quick access to Poipu Beach and the restaurant, as well as the Grand Hyatt if you want to do a day spa pass. Clean, spacious and Parker was quick to respond and answer any questions. You can't go wrong withe this one. Mahalo!

Only had three nightsā€¦but enjoyed our short stay on the south side before heading up to the north shore. Booked this property in hopes for mornings enjoying the surf just off the lanaiā€¦and was not disappointed. My boys enjoyed the short walk to beaches nearby. The relaxing sunsets were quite enjoyable as well & the sound of surf through the night made our stay memorable!

We highly recommend this condo for a vacation. Parker is great to work with and also provided a lovely welcome gift upon our arrival. We loved the location as it was close to everything. Great beaches and shops and restaurants. The view from this condo is amazing. Every morning around 9am while we were having our coffee on the lanai a group of spinner dolphins would come. About the same time, we would see several sea turtles too. The condo was clean and well stocked for vacation needs. The beds were comfortable.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at Parkerā€™s place, our home base for our Kauai elopement - and what a DREAM of a place it was! While the VRBO pictures sold me on this condo, we were blown away by how beautiful it was in person. We didnā€™t use the guest room bed(s) but it was nice to have the extra room and bathroom. The master bed was SO comfortable, we slept so well every night. Parker was the perfect host, checking in to make sure we had everything we need and including plenty of recommendations on the island. We couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to stay on Kauai and will absolutely be back here again!
