Designed entirely on one level, Kii Hale features three spacious King suites in the main house plus a detached, ground-floor Ohana suite with its own private entrance. Outside, guests can enjoy scenic golf-course views, a private, heated pool and spa, generous gathering spaces, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The home is just a 5-minute drive or approximately a 20–40 minute walk from The Shops at Kukuiʻula, Baby Beach, Poipu Beach, and Old Koloa Town.

Sleeping Arrangements

- Bedroom 1: King bed with private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, single vanity, and separate toilet room. This bedroom also has individual A/C, a ceiling fan, and access to an outdoor shower.

- Bedroom 2: King bed plus a daybed, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, dual sinks, and separate toilet room. Individual climate control adds extra comfort.

- Primary Suite: Spacious King suite with an additional daybed, private laundry area with washer and dryer, generous closet space, and individual climate control. The spa-inspired ensuite features dual vanities, a walk-in shower with outdoor shower access, a separate toilet room, and a beautiful freestanding soaking tub.

- Private Ohana Suite: Detached but conveniently located on the ground floor, with a King bed, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, separate entrance, and compact kitchenette with sink and under-counter refrigerator. A great option for couples, grandparents, or guests who prefer additional privacy.
