Prince Kuhio 302 is a fabulous condo with great ocean views just a few steps from a great snorkeling beach and an oceanfront restaurant that's perfect for a romantic evening including a colorful sunset.

The Prince Kuhio complex features beautifully manicured tropical grounds with a peaceful, inviting swimming pool, tranquil Koi pond, and a large barbecue area with both gas and charcoal barbecues. The adjacent parking garage has a public roof-top mini-golf course.

There is obvious attention to detail here for your pleasure and comfort. Amenities include a big screen TV, attractive furnishings and modern appliances as well as a comfortable, pillow-top King bed.

We had a very peaceful experience here. The property was very well maintained and we had everything we needed during our stay. We also throughly enjoyed the great views from the patio and the snorkeling beach was phenomenal. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely stay here again in the future!!

Location, location, location

Ocean views from lanai and front entrance. Located directly across the street from Poipu Beach. Some reviews mention no privacy if sharing with others. Itā€™s perfect for couples. We will definitely be back to this resort. PS no parking fees or extra resort fees!

Pros: Ocean view, nice pool, stocked with kitchen tools, laundry available on site and unit supplied detergent. Cons: Next to a very noisy road with loud motorcycles, vehicles with extremely loud speaker systems. Will probably not stay here again due to noise

Perfect studio near the beach!

This bright and airy studio type condo provided my husband and me a wonderful beach getaway! It was clean, comfortable, and just across the street from a beach with fantastic snorkeling! The design was a bit unusual with only a curtain into the bathroom and an open ā€œwindowā€ from the shower into the living room area, but we got used to it. Would suggest a few hooks to hang towels etc since you canā€™t hang them to dry on the balconyā€¦overall, it was a lovely place to stay!

Overall positive

The unit was very clean and functional as advertised. It didn't have a door to the bathroom, so that was a little different. The wifi didn't work the entire time, so that was disappointing. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

Great stay for a couple

We really enjoyed our week here in January. The condo is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, so you can easily do some cooking while on your trip. It is right across the street from my favorite restaurant of the week (The Beach House, reservations required), and walking distance to a bay were we snorkeled and saw sea turtles. Some things we didnā€™t love. The shower has a very narrow entrance covered only by an a curtain and there is a window in the shower open to the living room. That works for a couple, but could be awkward if staying with a friend. Another thing we didnā€™t love was that the window in the kitchen are just fogged glass panes, so at night a lot of light comes in. We ended up unscrewing a couple outdoor hallway lightbulbs to get a better night sleep. All in all, this is a fantastic condo to enjoy for the week and it had everything we needed!

This condo was across from the ocean with a decent snorkeling area and a good (albeit expensive) restaurant. The condo was well-furnished and comfy enough for our needs. The remote control did not work and the staff never replied to my email, so we didn't get to utilize it. It worked one day, but navigating the cable vs tv parts was incomprehensible. I suggest they move to the Netflix/Amazon Prime/Hulu options instead, plus respond to emails from their customers.

Surprise there was no AC, but managed ok with out any thanks to the trades. Shower would not drain properly. The kitchen had plenty of tiny ants and the front door jalosie blinds had a missing screw and was ready to fall out. I found an oversized screw and put it in to keep it from falling out. Other than that it was fine.

Just a skip across the street to view the sunset, and a wander down the road for great dining and provisions. The interior was nicely decorated and comfortable. We would definitely come here again.

Great stay.,..but

The apartment was nice, maybe a bit tired in places. A good bed and well equipped kitchen. In a great location on the third floor in the front of the building close to the ocean. But with no air conditioning we left the windows open. Which is fine and even preferable to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sounds of waves on rocks. But during our stay there was a surprising number of cars and pickup trucks and other utility and construction trucks passing on the road separating the hotel and the ocean. Going into the late night and picking up early in the morning before sunrise. So not the best sleep that we ever had. But we made up for it with naps on the beach so ā€˜allā€™s goodā€™. Other than this, it is a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

This little studio was perfect for the two of us, it was nice to have the full kitchen, although admittedly we didnā€™t use it often. The sun rise and beach view from the back balocony were amazing. Place was comfortable and clean and stayed cool enough with the slats open and overhead fan going. Overal 10/10 would stay here again!

Perfect location!

My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay here! Itā€™s the perfect southern location, felt like we were about 5 minutes from some of the best southern beaches and food. Walking distance to a small rocky beach with decent snorkeling and a shaved ice stand across the way. We loved ā€œliving foodsā€ which is also walking distance. The condo itself was just as advertised. A clean and simple stay. Nice views. Great to have a kitchen. Only thing I will mention is the openness of the bathroom. There is a curtain instead of a door and a window from the shower to the sunroom. So if youā€™re not staying here with your significant other, things are slightly weird but manageable.
