Our deluxe end-unit townhome boasts 2 large sliding doors that open to sweeping ocean views. This corner unit has 2 walls of windows that face a spacious green lawn area with Pacific Ocean views just beyond. Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from every downstairs room and the upstairs primary bedroom. Sit and relax on either lanai. You'll be just steps from the pool area, lush with tropical foliage. Downstairs you will find a spacious entry, main living area, dining, kitchen, full bath with shower, and laundry facilities. Upstairs you will enjoy 2 large bedrooms, each with an en suite bath.
Luxurious comfort is to be expected, with all the amenities and tropical furnishings any true Kauai experience could provide. All the beds are plush and brand new! The primary suite has a king bed perfect for gazing out the full-length glass doors that open directly to the blue Pacific. Let the rolling waves soothe you to sleep! The primary bath has double sinks, a bathtub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom looks down on fragrant gardens and has a peek of the pool area. Here you will find a queen bed along with a single bed. This bath has a single sink and large walk-in shower.
Louvered windows crank open to allow the trade winds to flow throughout. Portable air conditioning units are located in each bedroom for your sleeping comfort on Kauai's warmer nights. (Please note that none of the units at the Poipu Kapili resort have central A/C).

One of the most popular surf spots on the South Side of Kauai is just off-shore from Poipu Kapili. Watch the locals tame the waves! Just beyond the surf is popular scuba site "Sheraton Caves"and great snorkeling can be found at the reefs closer in. Other nearby destinations inculde: Spouting Horn, Allerton Botanical Gardens, Sheraton Beach, World renowned Poipu Beach and beautiful Brennecke Beach.

Poipu Shopping Village is a few hundred yards away. Also within moments is The Shops at Kukiu'ula, with upscale shopping, galleries and many restaurants and cafes, along with a market and drugstore. The shopping area borders the 18-hole Kiahuna Golf Course and the 10-court Kiahuna Tennis Club. Just down the coastline is the 5-Star Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa, offering golf, yoga, and workout facilities to all.

Amongst the plantation-style buildings, you will find a relaxed atmosphere and impeccably-kept grounds. With only 60 units in the entire complex, you'll never be crowded.
