The single-level house worked well for our family of six. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Each bedroom had a king bed and its own en suite, all with double sinks and generously-sized showers. We cooked a fair amount, and the kitchen had the basics. We enjoyed most of our meals on the covered lanai. We also took advantage of the beach chairs in the garage and the washer/dryer. Having ceiling fans in each room and all hard wood floors were appreciated, and the AC in the bedrooms helped keep things cool at night. A couple negatives are that the bedding and linens are flimsy and need upgrading, and the house is also sparsely, I would say inadequately, furnished. There are no chairs in the bedrooms and only seating for four in the living room. The neighborhood is quiet but not very walkable to anything. Beaches, the Poipu athletic club, and shopping are a short drive away.

Beautiful but needs a few tweaks

Love this place! It was clean and beautiful and quiet! Plenty of room and privacy! The golf course view was stunning! So close to everything on the south shore. Here are a few suggestions. The air conditioner in the master and front bedroom seem to not be functioning as well as the back bedroom by the porch. There is no air in the gathering rooms and it is quite warm-maybe having a screen door on the front door would create a nice cross breeze? Some bikes would be nice to ride to the shopping center and beach! The two umbrellas in the garage are broken. I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again? Maybe if the two bedroom air conditioning worked better! Other than that this place was really lovely and comfortable!! Mahalo!!!

Perfect in Paradise!

This home was perfect for our family! 3 couples and our 1-year-old grandson. The floorplan was great with all bedrooms being en-suite and separate from one another. The location is great, nice and quiet with beautiful golf course and mountain views. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Mahalo!

Good location, property needed attention

Great location. House could have been cleaner & better cared for...lots of black hair on floor in rooms, front bedroom toilet broken and ran at night disturbing sleep. Broken handle on 1/2 bath.

Wonderful house on the golf course

We all had a great time. The house was well equipped and clean. Three rooms with all king beds and in suite bathrooms. Everything we wanted it to be and more. Highly recommend.

Paradise in Koloa

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful house. It was furnished beautifully, the beds were comfortable and tons of kitchen equipment. Also lots of beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, umbrellas and beach towels. Eating dinner on the Lanai was very special. A rooster family adopted the deck and hung out with us! My only suggestion is to include detergent for washing machine, sponges for kitchen and larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

Wonderful place!

This house was perfect for in-laws, us, and sister/niece - age range from 22 to 84. We loved that all of the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. Very comfortable beds, pillows, couches, etc. We made lots of dinners (kitchen had everything), family games at the table, chicken/golf watching out back. The athletic club was close too. Easy access to the beach, and there was snorkel stuff available with beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag in the garage. Wonderful stay and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend.

Family trip

Very nice home in a great location. The free use of the Poipu Beach and Athletic Club was a huge plus: toddler pool area, great fitness and sports area, and a fun outdoor restaurant . Excellent local restaurants as well, most within a 10-minute drive. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen was nicely supplied. My COMPLAINT - the listing said there was a hot tub at the house, and I even wrote the Management company to confirm it. But there was NOT - only a jetted tub in one of the bathrooms. REALLY????

Beautiful home ! Arranged so well for privacy with the three bedrooms. All complete with bathrooms and A/C. Loved the lanai - sitting out there for morning coffee or meals. So well stocked with kit hen tools and beach gear.

Fantastic house

The house overall was very well equipped with kitchen utensils etc. and the house came with snorkeling and beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The deck was a bit small and the living room was a bit small to accommodate 5 adults. The management company was very quick to respond to our call regarding ice maker.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here and would come back again. The layout of the home was perfect. We all had our own space and plenty of restrooms. Each room had its own restroom and shower. The view was peaceful and my husband enjoyed watching the golfers come by. This location was nearby many restaurants. The pool, gym, and restaurant that we were able to access was a short drive away and a nice addition. The home was clean and had everything we needed. They even left a small welcome basket, which was a nice surprise. They provided towels for the beach and to bathe. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear, which was helpful for our beach trips. The area is quiet and felt safe.

Outstanding golf course home in Kauai

This property is impeccably clean, immensely comfortable, very upscale, and convenient to all amenities around Poipu. The 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and king beds, made our guests feel right at home. The home is fully loaded with everything you need including beach gear too. It fronts on the 4 th hole of the Kiahuna Golf Course. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing and awesome vacation in Kauai. The property management company is highly responsive to all your needs. All around outstanding service and accommodations in beautiful Kauai.

Quiet home on golf course

This home is as described and more. The home comes with everything you need for a great vacation for your family. All three bedrooms were spacious, and had spa like bathrooms- truly 3 masters. Kitchen was well equipped, and all the Extra Beach there was a plus! Especially the snorkel gear. We chose this house because of access to the athletic club, which had great amenities, including gym and resort style pool. The athletic club and beach are not exactly in walking distance if you were carrying items. We did walk to both, but that was more for exercise. We had a great time at this vacation home!

Great place for a family in convenient location

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home for our week in Kauai. It is spacious, well-stocked with a beautiful back deck, and fantastic location close to some of the best beaches on the south shore. It is also very conveniently located for exploring the island as getting to the furthest sights on the western island or to the north in about an hour either direction. They also supply you with delicious Kauai coffee and some great beach gear such as snorkels, boogie boards, sand toys and beach bags/towels which were very nice to have on hand. Our kids also loved the pool at Poipu Athletic club, which is about a 3 minute drive away. They had a fun water slide while my husband and I relaxed on the lounge chairs taking in the lovely setting around the pool. There is also poolside service there with really great food and beverages. It was nice to have access to the pool as a respite when needing a little break from the elements of the beach towards the end of the day. We would highly recommend this place!

Amazing trip

The property was perfect, we had two couple and an adult, each had their own bedroom, I would consider the bedrooms to be master suites…the common place was great for gathering and eating together…we used the BBQ and had dinner outside, the weather was perfect. Each bedroom was equipped with their own HAVC, we left the doors open to cool off the kitchen and living room was comfortable. The house was equipped with all our needs.

Beautiful home, plenty of space!

The home was beautifully decorated and completely stocked with everything anyone could want. We primarily went to different beaches everyday and went on a few hikes as well. Having the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach bags and cooler made this totally easy and enjoyable! Having three separate on-suites made all of us have plenty of room while the kitchen, living and dining room was a wonderful space for all of us to spend time together. We will definitely be back!

Kauai Retreat

This is an immaculate located on the 4th fairway of the Kiahuna Plantation Golf Course. Well adorned with granite countertops and nice fixtures. Double sliding doors open to an amazing lanai with lush green views. Three master en suites and another powder room ensure sufficient bathroom space. Outside shower is great.

Excellent location in the island.
