Beautiful Views, Walk To Beaches And Restaurants

Poipu Vista Villa is a custom designed home in Poipu Kai Resort. Ocean and mountain views are just the beginning for this Hawaiian paradise. The incredible design of this home literally brings the outdoors in, creating a place to relax in peace and privacy with beautiful panoramic views ranging from the mountains to the sea from the living area and wrap around lanai.

Upon your arrival you will know that you are 'Somewhere Special'. A 40 foot wall of glass paneled mahogany doors lead out into your very own private tropical garden with a lava rock sunken spa and pond with a walkway that winds you through a rainbow of colored tropical flowers and palms. The lushly landscaped grounds include orchids, tropical plants, banana and palm trees which greet you swaying in the gentle breezes.

When you finally make your way back indoors you will find it tastefully appointed in an Modern design reflecting style and grace with tile flooring and a open Hawaiian style, spacious floor plan. A custom gourmet kitchen with an island and granite counter tops over Sapele cabinets and breakfast bar seating for six persons. The dining area has seating for up to 10 persons at a formal but relaxed setting.

Poipu Villa Vista is set up on two levels which offers privacy to families traveling together and is ideal for family reunions. The first level is an Ohana, which has a separate entrance through French doors. This apartment includes two of the bedrooms and a bathroom along with a full second kitchen with granite counter tops and all new appliances including a large side by side refrigerator freezer with water and ice in the door, microwave and full oven and stove.

Family Vacation

A great home for our group of three families. Appreciated the downstairs apartment with own entry. Plenty of space for the group to spread out. Five minute walk to the beach. Great view of the mountains from the front deck. Parking in the driveway was a bit tricky with three cars, but we made it work.

Amazingly clean for a house so close to the beach. Gorgeous kitchen, backyard, and lanai with beautiful view of lush Hawaiian mountains. Well stocked kitchen and everything multiple families could need at the beach.

Post COVID Family Getaway

We took our entire family for a visit in Kauai, a total of 8 adults and my 3-year-old granddaughter. I spent quite some time reviewing homes in Poipu. My daughter-in-law had some specific things she didnā€™t want for the safety of my granddaughter. From day one, the owner, Wendy, answered every single question I posed to her regarding covers on hot tubs and availability of bedding and other items for toddlers. Wendy was prompt in getting back with answering my questions, no matter how trivial they were. I very much appreciated that!The house was nothing short of AMAZING. My family was absolutely wowed by the layout, view and all of the little touches that were there for us to enjoy. We had a few smaller issues arise after arrival and everything was promptly taken care of by either Wendy or her property manager, Lauren. The views were beyond amazing! Every morning and evening started and ended with us gathering on the large deck to watch the sunrise or the amazing color of the sky in the evening light.We had plenty of room and everyone felt like they had their own personal space. Having the lower unit separate space worked out great for our son and his friend.The only thing that I dreaded was the driveway. It was extremely steep and we bottomed out our vehicle every time we left and returned. High profile vehicle would work best.LOVED our stay here and would definitely return again!

Family of 11 celebrating parents 50th wedding anniversary, ages 7-70. Beautiful home. Actually two separate levels and the grandkids loved the downstairs all to themselves. We cooked many meals in the huge kitchen dining area. Walking distance to beaches and the community pool was nice too.

The Kawaii We Will Never Forget!

The property was perfect for our 9-person blended family - with its luxurious living environment, electronics, daily supplies, linens, hot tub, cooking/eating utensils, beach chairs, wagon, towels, and above all its proximity to beach and ocean views, all of which were over and above expectations. Wendy, the property owner, was helpful and informational, especially in advance of our arrival as we sought to make reservations for activities and limited dinner's out. It lent for a memorable vacation for all, exactly what we wanted for our children, grandchildren, and us as we celebrated our 50th anniversary. Thank you.

Beautiful house in great location!

We had a fantastic time in Kauai and this house was perfect for us! We had 3 young families with children ranging from just under 2 to 7 years old and this house had everything we would need. We loved having all of the things we needed to take to the beach including chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, body boards, puddle jumpers and a wago to tote it all. The deck was so nice to sit out on and had beautiful views. This is a prime location with easy access to many great places in Kauai. Would love to come back some day!

Terrific getaway

This was a spectacular home in an ideal location. We walked to the pool and beaches daily and found everything we needed in the home. It was ideal for myself, my children and 6 grandchildren--ages 1-13. I highly recommend staying here and working with Wendy--she was most helpful and responsive.

Amazing home!

It was such a treat to vacation in this gorgeous, luxurious, peaceful, and spacious home with our extended family! The house had everything that you could have asked for. The views were amazing. Wonderful beaches and a great community pool/spa were within a 10 minute walk. The property manager was super nice and very accommodating. Minor issues were quickly addressed. Highly recommend this home!

Ideal Family Location

Family getaway

The house was absolutely perfect for our two families of 10! We loved the openess and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The driveway is definitely a climb, but as long as you approached and left at an angle it wasn't too bad. It was a great week!!

Amazing Property!

I canā€™t say enough about what an Amazing property this is. Wendy was a wonderful host providing us with ā€œisland favoritesā€ for food and exploring before checking in. The home home was very spacious, comfortable, and beautiful! It was everything we hoped for! We were furnished with all the necessities we could ask for from kitchen appliances, to beach towels and beach equipment. Everything was included. The location was also perfect. This was truly an amazing property and we hope to return again some day!

Just WOW!

Absolutely incredible home, even more spectacular than the pictures. We appreciated all of the thoughtful details in addition to the big-ticket features. The kitchen is loaded with everything we needed including super helpful extras like Tupperware, pantry items, and welcome beer and wine. So nice! The house is simply fantastic. It was great to have a separate unit downstairs for our large family gathering. So many different nooks and crannies for morning coffee and cocktail hour. The kids loved exploring and taking over the downstairs when the adults got too adultish. Wendy is such a generous host. Instant replies to any needs we had. Her on-island manager was also extra special. They were so kind to accommodate our needs. I just canā€™t say enough good things about our experience. It was the perfect location for a splurge vacation celebrating my momā€™s 80th. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful Home

The Poipu Vista Villa is a large family oriented home with plenty of room to accommodate our family of 11. It is perfectly located in the Poipu Kai Resort area, close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Sand toys for the kids were provided along with a crib and stroller. We had a wonderful vacation. A week in paradise!

Our Ohana by blood and blessing (ages 2 months to 62 yrs) spent an unforgettable week in this exquisite and beautiful home in Koloa. Thoughtful touches, such as beach items, paper supplies, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and pantry dry goods, made our transition to vacation seamless. Wendy was prompt in responding to our needs. The location canā€™t be beat! Though beautiful, after staying in the North Shore on our previous visit, we will only return to Poipu ā€” and hopefully this amazing home. Great Poipu Location

We were a family of 6 and this house was great in terms of location and space. There is a separate entrance downstairs with a full apartment - this was good for the teens to have their own space. The upstairs is the real stunner though - newly updated, great views from the upstairs lanai and a nice breeze - backyard has a lovely hot tub and very nice tropical landscaping. Master suite is very large, beds were quite comfortable. House had everything we could possibly need - even something as random as a charger I forgot for our speaker, they had one! Bedroom AC units were very nice to have. Owners were prompt and responsive to a couple of minor issues we had. Location cannot be beat - 13 minutes walking with a surfboard to the far end of Poipu beach and less than 10 minutes to watch the sunrise at Shipwreck Beach. Our teens made the walk to Little Fish and Starbucks easily too. Overall, great spot for the start of our Kauai vacation!

Thee most beautiful property Iā€™ve ever stayed at.

This home is amazing. It blows your mind. The views from the balcony to the back yard. The home is large and spacious. But the location is amazing. The beaches around are beautiful. Kid friendly and adult friendly. Many Restaurants within 1-3 miles. Shopping also. I canā€™t say enough about our stay. It was a trio of a lifetime for evryone who went.

Great property in a fantastic neighborhood. Upper floor is amazing. Great style with windows providing views you want during your stay. The lower level provides amenities need for your stay but it's not comparable to the upper level. Needs updating to catch up. We reached out a couple times to property owners/ managers and the response was always prompt. You will love your stay here. Very short walk to Shipwreck Beach. We drove all over the island and this property is on the best area. Wonderful. Thank you!
