The kitchen is set up for everyday use, with the basic facilities needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Guests are welcome to use the utensils, furniture and appliances provided in the apartment and are requested to treat them with the same care as their own belongings.

The balcony is a pleasant space for some fresh air and is available for drying washed clothes. Guests can also enjoy the common terrace, while being considerate of other residents of the building.

One of the special features of this home is its peaceful setting. The building is a small residential building with only one flat on each floor, making it a quiet and relatively private environment. We value the comfort, privacy, and peace of everyone living in the building and therefore request that guests keep music, television, and conversations at a reasonable volume.

The main entrance is generally closed/locked by around 11:00 PM for the security of all residents. Guests arriving late are requested to inform the ground-floor resident beforehand and to gently close the entrance door whenever entering or leaving. The entrance should never be left open or unattended.

Mudiali Bus Stop is around 500 metres away, while Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Matri Bhawan Hospital is approximately 250 metres from the property.

Use the balcony responsibly and ensure clothes are secured, and excess water does not drip onto lower floors.
Obtain prior permission for pets.
Obtain prior consent for overnight guests.
Avoid permanent alterations or major changes to the apartment without prior approval.
Do not engage in any illegal activities on the premises.
