Villa Terakota Mandre is located on the southern side of the island of Pag, about 10 km from the famous beach Zrće, in the town of Mandre. The beautiful view of the islands of Silba and Olib and the nearby islets of Maun and Škrda, the clear sea and clean beaches irresistibly attract visitors who want a peaceful holiday in a natural environment. Villa Terakota Mandre was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style, and offers its guests 160 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 450 m2. Right next to Villa Terakota Mandre is Villa Oliva Mandre, which can also be booked separately, and guests have complete privacy during their stay. A maximum of 8 people can stay in Villa Terakota Mandre, and the optimal number of guests is 6. The villa is fully air-conditioned and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.



On the ground floor there is a living room where you will find a sofa, an armchair, a small table and a TV, and in the modern equipped kitchen and dining room with a table for 8 people you will prepare and eat delicious meals.



On the upper floor, you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, and the other is an ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin. You will be able to enjoy the view of the clean and clear Adriatic Sea from the bedrooms, terrace and kitchen.



On the outdoor terrace there is a heated swimming pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.2 - 1.8 m. You will sunbathe on 4 sunbeds, and you will not have to prepare food only inside the villa, but also on the terrace where there is an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. Of course, in the evenings you will be able to enjoy hanging out on the terrace on the outdoor sofa or at the outdoor dining table with 6 seats.



Additional equipment includes a washing machine, dryer and iron, as well as a separate toilet. If children are coming with you on holiday, a feeder and a cot are at your disposal. The couch in the living room serves as an additional bed for two people.



The courtyard of Villa Terakota Mandre is completely fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces. Children will have enough space to play and have fun, and there is also a beautifully landscaped garden and greenery in the yard.



Restaurants and cafes along the coast, regularly organised thematic events such as fishing festivals, as well as the hospitality of the hosts will contribute to making your and your family's holiday in Mandre peaceful and romantic. In a small bay, in the centre of Mandri, there is the beach Mala Mandra - holder of the Blue Flag since 2006. Due to its excellent access to the sea, this unique stone-pebble beach is suitable for children as well as for people with disabilities.
