The Space:

Welcome to Villa Vlinder, a spacious and peacefully located holiday home for up to 8 guests in charming Koksijde. Here you enjoy the perfect combination of tranquillity, comfort and a central location close to the sea and the town centre.



The bright living area forms the heart of the house, with a cosy lounge, a large dining table for long evenings together and a fun play or reading corner. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and is in direct connection with the garden.



Outside, you will find a large sunny garden where peace and privacy are key. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace at the front of the house with family or friends, or have an aperitif at the picnic table in the garden while the children play. Thanks to the green surroundings and quiet neighbourhood, you can fully relax here.



On the upper floor there are three comfortable bedrooms: two rooms with a double bed and a spacious family room with a bunk bed for four people, including its own shower and washbasin. In addition, there is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet.



With private parking at the house, the beach just 15 minutes’ walk away, and Koksijde’s shopping street 10 minutes away, Villa Vlinder is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday on the Belgian coast.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
