The Space:
Upon arrival in the quiet street near the beach where holiday home Kosea is located, you can easily park your car in the driveway of the house. Your holiday can start immediately, stress-free!

The spacious and cosy living room invites you to relax. In the seating area, you can curl up with a good book or enjoy a delicious aperitif with your group on the comfortable sofa. From the living room, you have access to a sunny terrace – perfect for soaking up the sun.

The kitchen is also very spacious and features a large dining table. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare full meals. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the beautiful, green garden. A large outdoor dining table and BBQ are provided – ideal for enjoying meals together outside in good weather.

Kosea offers 4 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one child-friendly room with two bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own sink for extra convenience.

The house has two bathrooms. The family bathroom on the ground floor includes a bathtub and sink. Upstairs, you’ll find a second, spacious bathroom with a shower.

Guests have full access to the accommodation and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
